Dark: “Wil? Have you murdered someone from Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch?”Wilford: “How can you say that?”

I was shaky on translating, especially figuring out the sentence structure for Wil’s part, but hopefully I didn’t heck it up too badly, lol. And the really long word is the name of a village. :3

I way overthought it, but I wanted Dark to use the informal “you” with Wil because they’re friends, but have Wil use the form you’d use to address multiple people, because some part of him knows that Dark is made of two people (and a house).

Day 16: Free Day!

They’re studying in Deku’s room, as is usual. With final exams coming up, they’ve got time off from the agency they’ve been part timing at. The extra time together, even though it’s spent studying, is nice. The group study sessions with their classmates are nice, too, but not nearly as productive; hence the two of them working alone.

When they decide to take a break, Deku gets fidgety and asks for Katsuki to close his eyes. After squinting suspiciously at the other, he does as asked.

Plastic rustling comes from under the bed, before the crinkles of squeezed plastic approach him.

“Okay, you can open your eyes.”

He does.

Izuku stares at him determinedly, thrusting a bouquet of flowers at him. “Please go on a date with me!”

Katsuki stares at Deku, eyes narrowed. It takes him a moment to process this.

When he does, he squints at his boyfriend, equal parts annoyed and confused. (He’s also pretty damn endeared, but Deku doesn't have to know about that. The attentive guys can probably already tell. Fucker.)

“Deku.”

“Yeah?” Deku asks, voice meek as his confidence melts away.

“We’ve been dating for months. You don’t have to ask me on a date with grand gestures, sap.”

Deku tosses the bouquet at Katsuki, forcing him to catch the flowers. He leans boldly into Katsuki’s space, hands on hips. “Well excuse me for wanting to do something romantic.”

The little shit is giving him sass! (Katsuki fucking loves it.)

“I’m not saying I don’t appreciate it, nerd!”

“Yeah well-” Deku backs off, face suddenly aflame as he realises what his boyfriend had so openly admitted. “Oh,” he squeaks. He stares at Katsuki with eyes wide and gooey. “That’s- good then.”

Katsuki takes pity on him, plopping onto Deku’s bed and pulling the nerd down with him. Deku is pliant in Katsuki’s hands as he prods and shifts the shorter boy until he’s seated between Katsuki’s legs. Front flush with his boyfriend’s firm back, he tucks his head easily over a shoulder and wraps his arms around his waist.

Deku sighs and leans back into him, content.

Katsuki waves the bouquet in his hand, now under both of their noses. “These’re real nice, by the way. What do they mean?”

“Oh! Thank you! Lets see, um. There are two colours of carnations; white and red, for pure love, admiration, and deep love. Tulips generally mean deep or perfect love. The red one means that, and the purple one, uh, is symbolic of royalty,” Deku explains, gesturing to specific flowers as he goes. That last flower causes Katsuki to raise a silent eyebrow, but Deku barrels on, blushing skin glowing with warmth against Katsuki. “And purple lilacs for, first love.”

Katsuki buries his face into his boyfriend’s shoulder, heart fluttering with sweet affection. Sap. A total hopelessly romantic sap. Katsuki has a reputation, damn it! Deku can’t just go and do this shit! He’s making Katsuki look like a subpar boyfriend!

“I-” he says, voice not breaking at all thank you very much, “love you too.”

“Well, that’s nice to hear, but babe?”

Despite the fact he can’t see Deku’s face, Katsuki is certain he’s wearing a grin that screams ‘cheeky bastard’.

Katsuki sighs as if terribly put upon, reluctantly removing his face from where he’d been nuzzling Deku. “Yeah?”

“You didn’t respond to my question before. I need an answer immediately, rude jerk.”

“Oh my god you daft fucking shrub, of course I’ll go on a date with you!”
