It's still not set in stone, and I'll definitely continue with BB for at least a few more months/years, but just to share a few teasers about what I'd do;
New name would probably be something to do with soup. I like the BB abbreviation, so it'd probably be Broth and Bones.
In my mind it's about the main themes of BB. The way culture is impacted by environment and is ever changing, the "broth," and the bonds between people and families, the "bones."
ALL characters would end up with full renames, with care given to the Clanmew meanings, why their parents named them that, the leader who named them, etc.
I wouldn't want groups to get a LOT bigger, because working with limited numbers is a good restriction to prevent bloat, but they would generally grow to a smooth average of 30 - 40 cats each.
Within each "Clan," there would also begin to be "heraldic sigils" and some more emphasis on each family's legacy.
Kicking cats out of these sigils, sigil "marriages," and ideological splits causing fracturing would lead to more inner-clan drama.
Fallen Leaves' conquest of the Ancient Lake's Kinships would have further reaching consequences. Like, "The other three gods revoke lake privileges causing a drought in the tri-state area" level consequences.
Also she has a mountain dropped on her. There is permanently a spot in a nearby mountain range with a gap in it. From where the mountain was taken to drop on Fallen Leaves
Widespread political chaos and instability in not-England which I would refuse to elaborate on simply because it is VERY funny to explain absolutely none of that and just focus on the kitty cats
Hardest part: Renaming the Clans and the leader and deputy positions.
The biggest divergences from canon would begin in earnest with A Starless Clan. "RiverClan" cannot continue to exist, the same way that the "River Kingdom" before it had to change in the wake of Riverstar's Heir. Frostpaw would bring massive reforms, bringing forth the River Republic.
