I spent a lot of 2019 dating the wrong person and then super depressed. Yesterday I woke up brushed my teeth and said “not this year depression 2020 is not a victim”. Then today I cooked dinner for everyone in my house and even took food to my parents.

Pos Hour: this is like a really small and dumb thing but I really let my dental hygiene go last semester (cause depression) and I recently went to the dentist and ever since I've been brushing my teeth more and it's honestly really improved my mood and helped me feel like a complete human!! Just being able to do small things like that is super helpful for battling with depression and stuff!

happy positivity hour!! i started senior year feeling isolated and friendless but recently ive noticed just how far my new friendships have come and ive noticed moment when im just really happy spending time with these new people and i was afraid that that wouldn’t happen this year and im so grateful it :)))
