"Population decline" is 100% only a problem if you're racist.
The human population is huge and growing constantly. There are more than enough people. TOO MANY, really.
There is zero fucking way to report this story like it is a neutral thing "some are concerned about," when all they're "concerned" about is that their arbitrarily-defined preferred tribe is losing privileged majority status in some random geographical area. It's racist crap. Call it that. Grow the fuck up. Unless, of course, the journalists and editors are also worried about how sexy people with pale skin are losing the Race War we made up.
This isn't a real problem, again, unless you are a racist xenophobic coward who thinks immigration is evil because you think other people are inherently inferior to your own.
There is no smol bean "cultural preservation" or "protecting traditions" at play here, unless your group is literally 5 old people who have been decimated by white colonialism.
If your kids refuse to breed like you want (because your stupid policies have left them poor and afraid in a dying world), then let more people from somewhere else come in and learn the language and work the jobs and become citizens. That's how you "fix" this non-problem, you bitchy Nazi turds.
