This poptail is tropical and refreshing, with tastes of pineapple, coconut, blue curaao, and a little fizz from lemon-lime soda. Perfect for any Tip Junkie event!
Ingredients: 1 cup pineapple juice. 1/2 cup coconut rum. 1/4 cup blue curaao. 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda. 1 cup ice cubes. Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish.
Instructions: Put ice cubes, pineapple juice, coconut rum, blue curaao, and lemon-lime soda in a blender. Mix until it's smooth and slushy. Put into glasses. Add maraschino cherries and pineapple slices as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!

Poptails, or popsicle cocktails, are such a great idea when it comes to beating the summer heat. But beware - These popsicles melt a little quicker than the standard kind. Eat quickly or add it to a glass of champagne to create a cocktail.
4 oz gin
4 oz lemon juice
6 oz C&S Watermelon Thai Basil
1.5 oz Aperol
4.5 oz brut champagne
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing cup. Stir gently. Divide the mixture into 10 popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
