Posleal here! Elias has been showing me what people do around all Hallows' eve, I like the bits about the candy and the giving!
But learning that the insides of pumpkins are refered to as guts, and being witness to an orange massacre was a little more.... Unsettling!

Kim falls asleep on Trini. Trini is a useless gay and afraid to move lest she wake up Kim. Ensue the teasing from the boys.
Combining this with:
One of them fell asleep in the pit so they get a rude (or sweet) wake up call (via anonymous)
“There’s no way that you’re comfortable right now.”
“I’m comfortable.”
“You sure?”
“Mmhmm.”
“Because you don’t really look all that comfortable.”
“I’m comfortable.”
“See, you’re sort of gritting your teeth and there’s a kind of pointy rock digging into your back and I think your right arm is a different color from your left because it’s all smushed up and… Jason, come on, back me up, man. Billy? She looks uncomfortable, right?”
“Your right arm does look like it’s not receiving the same blood circulation as the rest of your body,” Billy observes, leaning in a little to get a better look. “But if Trini says she’s comfortable, then we should believe her!”
“Right. Because Trini has no reason whatsoever to lie about anything at all right now,” Zack says with a grin, waving his hands about like some drunken conductor, causing Jason to snort in laughter (the traitor).
But Billy just nods, taking the words at face value. “Right!”
“Right,” Trini echoes quickly, even as she levels a glare at Zack. “So many you should drop it, homeboy, and stop being so loud.”
Zack’s grin just grows though, somehow undeterred by the warning signals she’s clearly displaying. (And fine, maybe in that moment she slightly regrets teasing him for a solid five minutes last week about his obvious crush on the new girl, because this might be some kind of karma at play.)
“Alright, alright. I’ll drop it.” He pauses, somehow managing to make even that feel smug. “As soon as you admit I was right. About the thing.”
“You’re such a — ”
Kim makes a soft sound in her sleep, then shifts slightly — curling further into Trini’s side, arm sliding around her waist.
For her part, Trini sucks in a breath and holds it.
“You were saying?” Zack asks.
“Zack, come on. Take it easy.” Jason shakes his head and Trini’s not sure she likes the faux pity teasing any more than Zack’s overt asshole teasing. “Her ears are the color of my shirt.”
“That might be because she’s not breathing,” Billy supplies helpfully. “See, her cheeks are red too.”
“You know, I think there’s a song for this.” Zack hums out a few bars, as though testing it out. “How’s that one go, Jason?”
“Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh, no no.”
Trini might kill them. There’s a real possibility that she’ll kill them, especially when Jason starts to shimmy his shoulders like some kind of idiot as he actually hums the opening lines to the song, like he has any right to say anything when he’d been just as bad not even half a year ago with his stupidly obvious crush on Kim. She’s about to point this out when she realizes that doing so would be admitting that she has a stupidly obvious crush on Kim and fine, even though that’s true she’s not about to give Zack the satisfaction of hearing any kind of confirmation. Even if what comes next might (objectively) be worse.
“Got Trin looking so crazy right now,” Zack sings, followed quickly by Jason chiming in. “Her love’s got her looking so crazy right now.”
(Definitely worse.)
Billy smiles widely and claps his hands together. “This is a good song. I really like this song.”
“Billy, no,” Trini whispers weakly, but her protests go unheard, and he starts to sing along as well. (It’s this betrayal that stings the most.)
And god. she’s going to have to kill all three of them, isn’t she? Especially when Kim makes another (louder) noise and moves again, lips accidentally brushing against Trini’s shoulder (and making Trini’s entire body jolt).
“Why — ugh — why am I hearing badly sung Beyoncé?” Kim groans.
The boys burst into giggles (honest to god giggles) and as annoying as it is, it’s better than the singing, though apparently Kim doesn’t agree, judging by the loud groan she releases.
“Please make them stop, Trini,” she pleads, lifting her head from Trini’s shoulder… only to drop it back into her lap. “I need more sleep.”
“What afraid we’re going to keep you from cuddling with your girl?” Zack asks snidely, making a little whipping gesture with his hands.
“That’s not — I’m not Kim’s girl, moron.”
Trini blushes (at even the thought), Zack and Jason cackle, Billy continues to hum under his breath, and Kim huffs loudly.
“You would be if these idiots stopped teasing you long enough for you to ask me out.”
And that shuts everyone up. With impressive effectiveness.
Kim hums in satisfaction and nuzzles into Trini’s lap.
“Better. Trini, you can ask me on a date when I wake up, alright?”
She looks down at Kim, then at the boys (who are all staring at her, just as wide-eyed), and then down again.
“Um — oh… kay?”
When she looks back up, Zack’s shock has shifted into smugness, and Trini would groan if she weren’t still still frozen with a mix of emotions that she’s going to need all of Kim’s nap to begin to process.
