@lefayete With the weather getting warmer, it is high time to spend every minute of daylight outside. The ground turned muddy as the snow began to melt and the clouds traded their snowflakes for raindrops. As much as it might be to Ken’s disliking, Daisuke is taking advantage of the messy weather to play soccer with V-mon. It didn’t take long for the two of them to be covered from head to toe in mud, but that didn’t stop either of them from using up every last bit of pent up energy. V-mon might have gotten overzealous in that last kick, though, and a muddy soccer ball is sent careening off the field, bouncing off a tree and through the open window of someone’s house.Â
There is a moment of dreadful silence between the two. V-mon looks helplessly at Daisuke, and Daisuke stares right back, mouth agape.Â
“Go get it,” they say to each other in unison.Â
“You kicked the ball into the house. You go get it.”Â
“But what if--” V-mon began to retort, but Daisuke is already dragging him up to the house.Â
“I’ll be your battle buddy or whatever, but you’re gonna be responsible.” Daisuke almost can’t say it with a straight face. Hopefully the poor soul won’t be too upset with them for sending a muddy ball through their house. Once they reach the front door, V-mon stands still with his arms stubbornly at his sides. Grumbling and with a roll of his eyes, Daisuke rings the doorbell in his stead before taking a few steps back and crossing his arms. “I’ll be cheering you on from back here!”
