And with this episode LAES 2.0 has officially taken the crown for my new favorite TSBS show. Everyone's acting was just amazing in the episode especially Kat and Lilith 👏
Let's get on with the review!
"Earth is finally done!"
The episode opens with Earth and Harvest stepping out of the collapsed cave. (THEY CAVE FREAKIN' COLLAPSED ON THEM AND THEY LIVED!) Earth tries calling Mars but he doesn't pick up. She tries calling Lunar but no answer there either. Earth and Harvest rush down the mountain. Earth says she can help Harvest get down but he says he doesn't need her help and attempts to jump down, Earth catches him, and off they run.
The scene cuts back to the Plex and we see Chico and Mars in the maintenance pod trying to fix up Comedy bot. Chico is missing an arm! And Comedy bot seems to be just... gone.
DJ has Roxas pinned in the corner. He tries to explain himself but she rightly tells him to shut up.
Mars and Chico try to fix him up, but Chico says they can't. Mars tries everything but Comedy bot's circuitry is fried. (I guess the arm Day shot Chico with is just a straight-up plasma gun and the one he shot Comedy bot with is an electricity gun)
Earth runs in with Harvest asking why isn't anyone picking up their phones and then she sees it. A Chico with a missing arm, a fried Comedy bot, and Roxas cowering in the corner.
Earth rushes to Chico asking if he's okay, and then asks what happened to Comedy bot and DJ exclaims from the corner "Roxas killed him! Roxas got him killed!"
Harvest calls out Roxas for using Comedy bot as a human shield.
Earth asks Mars and Chico if there's anyway to fix him, but Chico has to break the news that Comedy bot's personality chip is completely fried. He's gone.
Earth turns her attention to Roxas and in a pure ragefilled bloodlust she tells everyone to get out the way, pushes past Harvest and DJ and begins to choke out Roxas. Roxas tries to plead with her and she begins to beat him, shouting "It should have been you! You got him killed! It should have been you! I'll rip out your chip and kill you myself!"
Harvest manages to pull Earth off Roxas. Roxas in his 'infinite wisdom' decides it be smart to call the chick who literally rip through steel and solid rock a "B*tch"
Earth, rightfully, kicks Roxas in the face.
Earth then lashes out at Roxas, calling him out on all his bullsh÷t, saying how he's a selfish jerk who never once moved a finger to help them and now he got her bestie killed, and that if he died no one would miss him. She says if she ever sees Roxas or Bonnie (sorry Bonnie 😞) again, she will rip their ears off.
She then turns her attention to Mars and the others and says she is done with everyone's indecisiveness and because of that Comedy bot is dead. If they had chosen to kill Night instead of keeping him here, none of this would have happened. (Um, I'm sorry to say this Earth, but I think this still would have happened if Night was dead. If they had killed Night, Day still would have shown up cause he wouldn't have known Night was dead)
Earth says that from now on when there is a problem, she will finish it!
Harvest says Earth needs to put her rage towards something useful and that mindless homicide will not fix the situation at hand.
Earth goes to ensure the place is locked down and to help Lunar anf Andromeda to find parts for Comedy bot in hopes to fix him.
(Real talk: I have never heard Kat sound so angry. Hearing Earth go full rager was a sight to behold. A scary sight, but an awesome one! Kat's acting was incredible! And Lilith's was incredible as well! Comedy bot may have been a nuisance to DJ at times, but he meant well. He was her little buddy)
Roxas forces himself to his feet and while catching the oil from his mouth mumbles that he's going to his room. DJ tells Roxas to just go coward and hide in his room.
DJ starts to cry about how Comedy bot may have been a little nuts but he was her friend. Her "little buddy" (Oh, I'm getting Sundroid flashbacks!)
They all then realize that DAZZIE is in the room. They all ask how long she's been there for and she says she's been here since the yelling started. They apologize for her lose and say they'll try to fix Comedy bot, but she points out that there's no fixing him. The chip is just ka-poot. (How convenient is it that the spy for Prez. Earth shows up right when Earth starts lashing out at Roxas?)
Mars goes to start working on Chico's arm while Harvest says that NOW they all need to be ready to fight and be all hands on deck.
The scene cuts to Lunar, Earth, and Andromeda frantically searching for parts to Comedy bot, but there are ZERO Staff bot parts here. Andromeda points out that Fazbear does it cause it's just cheaper to replace staff bots than repair them. Harvest arrives to help and to check on Earth (Aw, he cares :])
Lunar apologizes for Earth's loss and says he's there for her, and is gonna be here to help her every step of the way no matter what. (<- or something along those lines. I don't remember exactly what Lunar said, but it was along those lines.) Lunar makes Earth smile with this creepy eye thing he's doing and the episode ends with Earth, Harvest, Lunar, and Andromeda searching for parts in a futile hope to save Comedy bot.
Wow. Just wow! 10/10 👏 I genuinely mean this. I guess the new year will be the start of a new Earth, one who takes no sh÷t from villains like Day. Now, Mars is convinced Day can't be saved but Night can be. (Sick! Evil Day and redeemed Night) and as for Roxas I can see him either continue to spiral and become an antagonist for them (maybe he tries to get Earth fired for beating him up) or this'll be a wake-up call to him and he'll get better. Hopefully.

I’ve said it time and time before, and others have echoed my sentiments. The biggest thing in the way of a serious and talented female DJ is a glamorous female DJ who has no real talent. These are the female DJs who are getting paid for their looks rather than their skills – and they are what make it hard for the real female DJs to exist. The sad thing about this is that sex sells, and this why some of the most talented female DJs out there will never be given a chance to rock clubs or parties. Celebrity DJs are the worst offenders of the group, and they make DJing look like a kid’s hobby.
The ones who get hit the hardest are the average Joe DJs, because others will look at their hobby as if it is a joke. Until you have spent some real time behind the turntables at a club sweating the detail – you aren’t worth of the position and responsibility that you have now been given. Paris Hilton DJing should not attract very much attention, but there is a lot of founded envy that has been created in the process. I can understand why some people think DJing is a joke.

I’m still beyond annoyed at this party and the volume to which the DJ’s mike is turned, but I’m starting to feel really, really bad for him. Because the kids have finally reached that age (middle school) that every time he tries to get them together for a party game they’re just NOT having it. And he sounds like a substitute teacher desperately trying to do fun things with the class they’re responsible for and the kids are like, “OMG, we do things in every class. Can’t we just sit here and talk and listen to our music without you bugging us?”
And like... I feel for the DJ because I’ve been there. But I also feel for the kids because they clearly just want to hang out with their friends and listen to music and I mean, it’s a PARTY, right? So they should be allowed to do those things.
Basically I’m hoping that after this, the parents will realize that the kids have outgrown the organized DJ parties and will be content with just having a way more casual thing that doesn’t cost as much money and IS NOT AS LOUD. *headdesk*
In this episode, DJ is framed for drinking beer and NOBODY believes that she wasn't really drinking, and I keep commenting on the fact that I have her problem (well, not with drinking) every single day and I told my mom that if she and dad ever didn't take my word that I was NOT drinking beer at a party (at school no less), I'd just walk out the effing front door. It's kinda sad when your parents assume you were drinking rather than not.
