Summary: Chota, Arisu, and Karube make it to The Beach and get help from a certain doctor

Arisu and Karube wrap their arms around Chota as they stumble their way over to The Beach. Once they got inside, they helped Chota sit on a chair. Chota bit his lip to hold back any noises caused by the pain inflicted on his leg.
Arisu walked around asking for help as Karube stayed behind with Chota. Hatter started talking to the people in The Beach from the balcony. Chishiya and Kuina hangout in the crowd, Kuina fidgeting with her fake cigarette. The two look over at Arisu, who was scrambling around to find some kind of help for his friend.
“What is he doing?” Kuina whispered to Chishiya. Chishiya shrugs as continues to watch from a distance.
Eventually, Arisu makes his way over to the two. “Are either of you a doctor or know one? My friend’s in a lot of pain.” He asks, panic flashing in his eyes.
“No, neither-“ Kuina started before getting cut off by Chishiya.
Chishiya took his hands out of his pockets. “Yeah, I can help.” He says. Kuina looks over at him, confused. Since when was her best friend a doctor?
Arisu takes Chishiya’s arm and pulls him through the crowd to Chota and Karube. Chishiya looks down at Chota’s leg.
“Yikes.” Kuina said, crossing her arms.
Chishiya sighs. “Follow me.” He starts to walk away.
The others help Chota stand and follow slowly behind him and Kuina. “Since when were you a burn doctor?” She mutters, trying to hide the fact that she’s pissed that Chishiya didn’t share this with her before now.
“I’m a pediatric cardiac surgeon, actually. I just know how to deal with burns too.” Chishiya explains, shrugging.
Kuina side-eyed him. “And you don’t tell me this, why?”
Chishiya met her gaze. “It’s not that important.” He said, opening a door to a room. Kuina rolls her eyes. The group walks into the room after Chishiya. “Bring him into the bathroom.” Chishiya says. Arisu and Karube nods and brings Chota to the bathroom, having him sit on the edge of the tub, his legs inside of it. “Kuina, get me the stuff under the sink and soap.” He requests.
Kuina nods and grabs a med kit from under the sink, as well as the hand soap. “Here.” She says, handing the stuff to Chishiya.
Chishiya put the stuff next to him on the ground as he sat next to Chota, but keeping his legs outside the tub. He wets a washcloth and carefully puts it on the burn, making Chota squeal. He opens the kit and takes out an ointment, taking off the washcloth and gently applying the ointment on the burn. “Fuck.” Chota mutters at the pain. Chishiya looks up at him. “Uh, sorry.” Chota muttered. Chishiya wrapped his leg in a gauze to keep the burn covered safely.
Chishiya put the stuff back and stood up. “There, that should be good. You should still put new bandages and ointment on it daily.” He said, washing his hands.
Chota nods. “Thank you, sir.”
Chishiya takes his hair down. “Chishiya, not sir.” He says strictly. “And you’re welcome.” He turns to Kuina. “Let’s go.” Kuina nods, giving a quick wink to the boys before following Chishiya out the door. "Do you really have to flirt with every guy you meet?" He asks sarcastically.
Kuina plays with her fake cigarette again. "You're the one who decided to keep this big secret from me." She snapped.
"It's not something I'm proud of." Chishiya muttered.
Kuina sighed, deciding not to press further. "I guess I know who I'm going to when I have heart problems." She teases.
Chishiya smirks. Maybe he can use being a surgeon to help people the right way in this world.
