#pool love

I'm a fan of love.  Love songs, Love Letters, even the saying "Love means never having to say you're sorry".  A beautiful phrase, that doesn't apply if you're married.  One love I have an issue with is Pool Love.  Was at a community pool this weekend and had some adult couples hop in and they were intertwined and in their own pool love world.  I pointed them out to my wife and how beautiful their love was. (So lovely observing them float around closely clinched in each other's arms.) My wife just shook her head and said how ridiculous it was.  That all over each other water behavior is fine if your at Sandals or some other tropical vacation location.  But not at the community pool with fifty kids splashing in their floaties.  The only noodle that should be making waves should be of the Styrofoam variety.

If I had to choose my favourite place to study it would be at the pool. Yes, kind of weird but totally the best. The have a viewing area one level higher than the pool, so I just go in there and pick a spot. There aren't any chairs, they are more like over-sized bleachers, so it gives you the freedom to sit or lay any way you want. More awesome things: its warm, smells like a pool <3, and humid. Its kind of like Hawaii, so relaxing. The swimmers makes it sound like waves crashing, its so wonderful. People often go in there and take a nap, haha. I love watching the swimming, too , when your brain just can't handle studying at that moment. They move so gracefully and yet with so much power. They make it look like the easiest thing in the world. I love you pool <3
