FEAR is a big emotion.
Baby does not fear anything till the parent does not show or teach this emotion - Fear
Why is it tough for the grown up to actually acknowledge and then grow out of this emotion? Surpass or actually win this? have you ever thought why fear is considered a negative emotion? A little more than required "fear" leads to imbalance in nature, imbalance in responses, imbalance in relationships, imbalance in the growth process. A little less is rarely seen. A "balanced" fear is also rare but can be seen where the understanding of this emotion is correct. you do not have to teach that a loss is so bad that it may silently generate this emotion of fear. you don't have to fight for proof or success so much that you overlook this silently creeping emotion along with it. Fear like all other human emotions is good and bad both. If the brain is trained to think above this fragility of emotions, then it is possible for the other strong emotions like hope and optimism to stay and hold the individual. You do not have to fight every time for what you want but you should rather learn to process these so you may be a bit balanced from inside and are able to hold yourselves from outside, like the baby - carefree, trusting the environment, non-judgemental towards the results or outcome.
That my friend is pure and good mental and physical health both!!!
