Yesterday’s homework was to go on a nature hike with family and collect item to create a sensory pond bin to show off to friends this morning. Some students used recyclable materials, some added water and some added toys. Afterwards we placed animal cards above or under the pond water and discussed if we have any around us and what wildlife we see around there. Our session ended with some pond yoga that the kids really seemed to enjoy. This was my pond sensory bin. Too pretty to throw away but not sure where to put it either haha. fie.
