lol No. If Issun were human-sized he'd, max, come up to Waka's bellybutton. The Poncles utilise the child character model in Okami, which suggests they're not exactly tall, probably maxing out at around the height of the average 8 to 10-year-old if they were human-sized.
Poncles are Sprites, Sprites are Fae, and Fae aren't typically very large creatures.
Issun's Fae stature aside, I feel like Waka would be much taller than the average human anyway, just based on the fact he's a member of the Moon Tribe. Gravity sucks less on the moon, so they'd probably get taller up there lol
