I wanted to share a bit more of our story so you could get to know the three of us behind the blog!
Learning about polyamory is fun and flexible and this appealed to me, I started doing more research and following more poly tags. I found J and A’s blog that was about their journey and desire to become a polyfidelitous triad and have a girlfriend.
I messaged the blog right away, they both seemed interesting based on the things they posted, and I struck up a conversation with them. After two months I took a leap of faith and flew alone internationally to meet them after countless early/late nights of time difference skyping and talking we met face to face.
Long story short, we all wanted to make it work, and wish and hope we can have another chance to try again, but... The distance was too much of a strain on the new relationships forming required for a healthy polyfidelitous triad and none of us were happy with how this left us all feeling. We mutually broke up but have stayed in contact and are still very close and chat regularly.
I have been dating locally on and off since then but haven’t had another poly experience. I am currently in a new monogamous relationship however both of us have discussed the possibility of polyamory in the future for us.
But anyways, that’s a little bit more about our story and..
It’s amazing how many poly people there are out there and we’re so excited and happy to be able to answer questions about ourselves and our beliefs and share what we know about polyamory!
