     head was down the entire trek down the sidewalk as he attempted to retrieve the ball inevitably rolling away from him. had it not been for the kind couple at the ice cream shop to watch his son, there would have been absolutely no way for him to traverse ahead. emerald eyes were glued to the ball much further down from him that he didn’t even realize he was heading straight for a woman standing there, his face ramming RIGHT into her back.

                     he couldn’t ask for a crepe now.  she’s holding it in her hands       &&       the line behind them has only been   increasing   in size...    opportunity missed.    delicately   decorated in whipcreams,      &&      ruby colored strawberries.   how   sweet.                     guys weren’t  “supposed”  to like that kind of stuff.       or so   he’s   been   told.    but it’s just a dessert. and with ann, he had the chance to do plenty of these things;     without judgement.   cheesy romance movies,      &&      sugary desserts over every occasion. 

                    grey hues watch her dessert   carefully,       she always seemed   so happy   eating sweets. he’d dive into his   temptation,       &&       gather the   courage   to ask her. hand  barely  moving  before he watched her REACT.       grip on the dessert   retracting   away from him protectively                            was that his answer?                     eyes close,       &&       he smiles at her   amused,       “   can’t   i   have   some?   ”     maybe he should have got one for himself. she seems to   reject   the idea   fully   that       “sharing is caring”.                     he laughs   softly,       shaking his head curtly. but  watches  as she takes another bite,           &&           suddenly an idea   sparks   in his mind. a   glitter   illuminating   his mischievous eyes,    hand placed on her shoulder to stop them both in their place. turning her so their faces could meet, despite being side by side. leaning down,           tilting his head close                 he places a   soft   kiss   upon her       sugar-coated lips.                    so was that what the crepe tasted like?      or was this a  different  sweetness?

                     he was persistent . if there was one thing about yusuke that stood out , was he could be undeniably stubborn when it came to something he was passionate about . although he nearly had her as a model once , she had yet to even finish the original piece . after the whole issue with madarame was dealt with , he nearly left it to rot , until he uncovered it within his dorms . a sigh would pass through his lips , irritated that he dared left artwork unfinished , so instead  —  he decided to text the blond . maybe she’d be keen to model again ; with her clothes still on , of course . though the human body was more beautiful with the natural skin glowing … he’ll resist the temptation to ask .

                     it was a long shot , even he knew that . especially on short notice , however … he was pleased to see her agree . quickly , the boy adjusted his dorm - room , to be semi - presentable . adjusting his curtains , straightening out his clutter … normally , he kept things organized , but with mid - terms arriving , plus the phantom thieves , on top of studying to keep his scholarship  —-  he had a lot on his plate . stress of falling under expectations was heavy on his shoulders , as he continued to pursue his calling of art . 

                     his thoughts halted as he heard the knock on his door , as he was a little too hasty to answer it . the blonde must have just returned from her own work  ---  as her outfit was stunningly stylish . he moved himself to the side , allowing the girl to move through his half - empty room . it was small , quaint , even . it held the necessities , at least . he didn’t have anything that would heat up meals , so generally , he ate them cold . ramen noodles tended to be rather harsh against his canines , but if he just sprinkled the powder on top ... it wasn’t too awful .
