This move is far from polished but I’m pleased to have got this far.  Believe me when I tell you the SUPERMAN is not a super pole move.  Oh no its a painful!! Let me correct that, extremely painful.  My thighs are burning but I have been told after this move you wont feel pain again in this area!!  I can only hope and keep my fingers crossed.
