I saw the hat on TSR and immediately got inspired to make a Magikarp girl Sim. Her name is Maria Karp and she's a hotheaded, jealous perfectionist. Decided to make her somewhat edgy with knuckle tattoos and a nose piercing. The jellyfish haircut is a pun on her being jealous and a fish.
