What interests me about the Au are the glitches, like, is there some kind origin to them? My leading theory is that they’re made by rogue Unowns who want to destroy the universe (may be taking cues from my in-progress au)
As for the origins of the Pokémorphers, my personal theory is that Mew who was in a human form was watching a magical girl anime, and was that was over, they told their idea to every single legendary and they were all:

Now I actually don't have a super solid idea on what the Glitches are and their origins other than they come from a separate plan of reality, but I do like your idea even if I don't plan on using it.
And while I had the idea of turning humans into magical pokemon girls in the legendaries heads for about as long as the PLA times as like an emergency provision, I do like the idea that mew came with the idea first and then spread it across to the other legendaries.
