❤️💙New Moon in Aries water 💙❤️

The new moon is all about new beginnings and setting your intentions for the upcoming month. This is a good time to clean your altar and tools, and get rid of any stagnate or negative energy.

This new moon is in Aries! The theme is courage. Perfect time to really ground yourself and find the inner strength to accomplish new things.

Making moon water is very simple and this new moon I've made two different jars to try!

Getting your water from a live, running source is best but tap water will work as well! It's all about the intention. I got my water from a small stream running from a larger river by my house.

My first jar is just your basic moon water. I've added some dyed quarts crystals to it to help focus the energy, crystals help but aren't necessary! Clear quarts work perfect but I had to substitute with what I had on hand. Make sure anytime you put a stone in water you've researched to make sure it won't harm the stone or have an unwanted reaction.

Then I left the jar in an open space in my yard over night to absorb the energy of the moon, make sure to bring your jar in before sunrise!

Ta da! You now have moon water 🌌💙

My second jar is specific to the new moon in Aries and the theme of courage and prosperity.

🦋 River or rain water, tap water if necessary

🦋 3 teaspoons Poke Root - hex and curse breaking (for any bad luck), courage

🦋 3 teaspoons Thyme - for courage

🦋 3 teaspoons Yarrow - for courage and protection

🦋 3 teaspoons Ginger Root - for money, success, and prosperity

🦋 3 teaspoons Blessed Thistle - for purification

🦋 3 teaspoons Lavender - to bring peace during the new changes being manifested

🦋 clear quarts crystal (I used dyed because it's all I had on had)

Leave this out overnight to absorb the energy of the new moon and ta da!

I plan to use this water as offerings, for employment and money spells, for courage in new situations, and anything else I feel could benefit from it.

Carve and dress a banishing candle using any of the banishing oils and/or powders.

Wrap some of the melted wax around a poke root and a slip of paper bearing the name of the person to be banished.

Shape the wax into a ball and throw it into water flowing away from you.

I was feeling weak in body, mind, and spirit recently, so I cast a spell this morning to help me channel my strength!

I mixed together mugwort, St. John’s wort, and poke root in a glass bowl, channeling some energy into it. Then, I charged my red jasper and one of my quartz crystals, and added them to the bowl. 

I took a deep breath of the herbs’ aroma, and visualized a fiery red light issuing from the bowl and filling my body.

Today I went for my first good morning run in a while, and did 100 bicycle kicks as well as 100 oblique crunches.
