For lower-calorie Greek yogurt pancakes, use nonfat yogurt and an egg white instead of the whole egg. Equally delicious and easy to prepare.

Weekly weigh in
So while I had an on plan week, but yesterday was very point heavy. Not only did I use a majority of my weekly points, but I also drank about 1/3 of the water I usually drink. Both these things combined, I wound up with a gain this week of 2 lbs. Not very worried about it, I ate well, it is a new week, and I bet if I weighed myself again right now it would be down from earlier. knowwhatI’msayin… It is a new week, I have new set of weeklies, and I have a packed lunch ready to go. Congrats to my dear husband!!! Very near to his goal.
Operation get fit before homecoming.
So my hubby deployed and I made a promise to myself. I Vowed to change my life for the better. I had so many insecurities and I was constantly putting myself down and pointing blame elsewhere. I'm not sure why it took so long for me to realize the real problem was me. I kept think, "how did I let myself go?" and "Why did I let myself go?" the truth is I LOVE FOOD. That is literally the reason for all my negative thoughts and self loathing. I loved food way too much. I needed to draw the line and stop fake dieting and really change my life. Thats where the promise came in. I promised that I would drop the weight by dropping the junk. As much as i love food, I love myself more. This was a step in the right direction. Diets are not for me. I quickly put all the pieces together. All those failed weight loss attempts happened when I was on a died. I felt deprived, hungry, and irritable. I needed to learn how much to eat, what to eat and how many times. Thats when i decided to join weight watchers. I gotta say i've never been so full and satisfied in my life! I joined weight watchers and they taught me how to live healthier. The first week I lost 5.8 lbs the 2nd week i gained 1 1/2 lbs week 3 i gained 1lb. Week 4 i lost 5. Just in the first month I lost 8.3 lbs. So now I'm currently 8.3lbs lighter and completely motivated. This lifestyle change has done wonders. I cant wait to WOW my hubby when he comes home. Its going to be a long and tough road but i know i can do it.
