I wanna see what my posts will look like
So this tumblr wasn't supposed to be a "drawing" one (although I don't think it was supposed to be anything really) but hey three years and nothing on it, might as well try to do something with it. "Clauber and Boulette", a drawing I made for a friend a year ago.
A conversation that did or did not happen
Jack: Do you ever have that thing where someone innocently says something really poetic mid-conversation and you want to write it down for future use in a short story or blog post?
Me: Yeah, but usually I'm the one being told that I've said something extraordinarily poetic, when to me that's just how I speak normally. I can't help it. I churn out golden phrases all the time. I'm a fucking machine. Not in the sense of a machine that fucks, but a machine that produces exclamations of 'fuck, what you just said was incredible!' This has been a good example I suppose, Jack, because I can see you're angling for your notebook.
Jack: Fuck!

I just looked through my old phone and saw a conversation I had with this super cute guy back in the summer of '13. I was kinda crushin' on him, but then he suddenly quit messaging me and would ignore my texts and I was all bummed out and stuff, but now I know why...
I used a smiley face in every. single. text. message. Why!? What was I thinking?? Why did I do that!?!?!?!?!? Haha, can't blame him for thinking I'm a total creep and for not ever wanting to talk to me again. Sorry dude.
EDIT: It was actually ‘cause he got back together with his old girlfriend. 🙄🤷🏻♀️
