I wonder how Illumi would've turned out if he had his own Gon at killua's age. Like at what point was he too far gone and could it have been stopped if he had met someone kind like Gon? I do feel like even if there was someone like Gon when Illumi was a kid, Silva and kikyo would've had him on a much tighter leash than they did for Killua. Illumi was kind of screwed from the beginning being the first kid and all😭 The general consensus about Illumi in this fandom seems to be that he's so much more fucked up than everyone else because he was the 1st kid and I have to agree. I think him being an assassin was pretty much unavoidable. No way would they have let their first kid deviate from the plan they had for him.
