Synopsis:

Nadia does not belong here, but - as with most things in life - she was not given a say in the matter. Plucked from her world and stuffed into a position not-quite made for her, she takes up the mantle of Raven: leader of the Veilguard, sole force in opposition of the blighted Evanuris, and unlikely ally of the Dread Wolf. But she knows the story of the Veilguard, and she is no Rook. She does not think in straight lines. She thinks in metaphors and circles and bleeds understanding like someone cut it from her veins with a dagger. She was sent here for a reason, she's certain, but with each positive change she attempts to make, Fate retaliates with a vengeance that sends her to her knees. Thankfully, she does not kneel alone. She discovers an unexpected kinship with Solas, who knows intimately how difficult it is to lose everything one has ever known. As their bond deepens, so does the connection between Raven and this new world she's found herself in. She wants to save it. She wants to save him. But will he allow it? Will their love for one another be enough to convince him to turn away from his regrets and see this world with him in it? Will it even matter if Elgar'nan and Ghilan'nain blight the whole of Thedas before the final bell tolls?

IT'S HERE! Maybe not three years, but several months and countless hours of work have passed to bring to you this first part of many in a work of collaborative audio art, a recreation of one of the most insane and expansive fanfiction series in the Malevolent fandom: Surrogate: The Director's Cut.

Fully scripted, cast-acted and with audio effects, some of the fandom has come together to attempt this monumental task, and we are overjoyed to finally let you hear it.
