Time for my tri-yearly post! I made another game! This one is called Dream Skate - made for DriveThruRPG's game jam PocketQuest!

it's a two player PvP journaling game about interpersonal conflict with an Alter. The theme for this year's game jam was Dreams and Nightmares. In the game both Alters are trying to wake up before the other. We have 52 dream-y prompts for journaling and it's super easy to learn!

I put a lot of hard work into it with my girlfriend and a lot of the inspiration for it comes from my recent revelation that I am plural. We started having issues figuring out who we were when we first woke up in the morning, leaving us disoriented for anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. We've been pretty copacetic as a system so far, but a significant struggle for us early on was everyone wanting to have time fronting all at once - it lead to some difficulties for us (but we go through it!) It felt like this was the perfect fit for the theme for this year's game jam. One of my alters even did the art for the game, which was very cool! She did a great job!

No Map, No Plan is a GMless roleplaying game for one to four players based on Cat McDonald's Carta system, in which you take on the role of a thief (or thieves) completely winging the heist of a rich estate with zero preparation or foreknowledge, in complete violation of the common sense about such things.
