💫 Brazilian folk-magic to ward: over here, we learn through our elders that when we go to places that have a heavy energy, covering our belly button (with a bandaid or some cotton and a skin safe tape) does the job in protecting ourselves from getting influenced. 

Craft a quick protection charm for your bag or pocket. 🪶 You’ll need:

A black thread

A clove of garlic (or dried rosemary)

A tiny mirror

A pinch of salt in paper

Bind them in a cloth or sachet and whisper: “All that means harm turns away. All that protects, here may stay.”

So I am still studying and building up my skills and knowledge but I wanted to give a shot at a little pocket spell to keep with me at work since I’ve been struggling financially and work off of tips. 

This may not be a “conventional spell” since my reservoir of knowledge is still so tiny but I decided to bake this up and it seems to have helped me a bit at work. 

I used herbs and spices from my cabinet. For this I used cinnamon, cloves, basil, and mint oil. 

I ground and incorporated about a pinch of all of those together since each was supposed to help with success, good luck, and money. 

I left it in a small tin, surrounded it with some Pyrite and lit one of my green pillar candles.

I think you can customize it to yourself but I put the good intentions and wishes for success into the air, I then carefully packed the pyrite with the spices and threw it in my pocket for work. 

I’ve noticed I’ve been doing a bit better these past couple days in tips. I’m sure it would work better if you used fresh ingredients that you ground yourself as well.
