This is kind of a #tbt cause I'm late in posting this. On Saturday, @ahhmissogrady @brennacorporal @mary_millus @rachelkatie_ and I had the extreme pleasure of finally seeing the premiere of my favorite musical, The Hunchback of Notre Dame at @papermillplayhouse we got to meet Erik Liberman who played Clopin, @ciarareneeofficial who played Esmeralda, and Michael Arden who played Quasimodo. We also got to meet @andrewsamonsky played Phoebus, but there were so many people at the stage door that we weren't able to get a picture with him. I wish I could express to this wonderful cast how much this show meant to me and how moved I was by it. I have been obsessed with the first version of this show from Berlin for the past five years, and finally being able to see its revamped, English premiere was a dream come true. The is truly a piece of art, and I was so moved by it that I sobbed during the whole final sequence of the show and I was shaking when I left the theater. Thanks to all involved for giving the world this beautiful piece of art that still gives me chills as I think about it and as I almost tear up while writing this. For some reason Disney won't bring this masterpiece to Broadway, so PLEASE if you haven't already, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE sign the petition to bring it to Broadway at the link below. And special thanks to my wonderful mother for making the drive to Jersey so I could finally see this show. #PMPHunchback #Hunchback2Broadway

The Hunchback of Notre Dame Musical
Wow is really all I can say.. I'm going to attempt to put my ramblings of love for this show into structured sentences... The first time I saw the show was in mid-March and I was crying from the start. Hunchback has always been in my top 3 Disney soundtracks.Β To hear that incredible music in person by this amazing choir, I could not stop crying. It was beautiful and the whole performance was moving.
I was so lucky to see the show again for its final performance. The crowd was so expressive giving massive applauses after each song, even extended applauses for "Hellfire" and "Made of Stone". Before the last word was sung in the finale, the applauses roared. Every single person on stage gave it their all.
This musical was an experience. I'm so happy that I saw it and my only regret is not seeing it more. I'm genuinely upset that it wont be going to Broadway (though my fingers are always crossed) but I know I will always remember how incredible this was.

I saw an incredible show last night. It left me breathless and speechless. There's a petition to get it to Broadway because it's not looking like it's moving there at the moment. This show deserves it and tells an incredible story that everyone should hear. Every single part of this production was flawless.
