Hell yeah I love Philippe propaganda, he would absolutely be inseparable from the reader as soon as he can get his hands on them once again. Holding them to his chest so tightly, leaving so many marks in their skin so he can continuously see the physical proof that they are together again.

Finding out that you were actually pregnant (and in active labor) with twins would have damn near given him a heart attack if he wasn't busy providing you with the much needed support because holy shit, FUCKING TWINS?!?!?!

He mentally (and physically) prepped for a single baby and as soon baby #2 is in your arms, reality crashes in because there's only one car seat, one bassinet, enough baby bottles for a single baby, etc.

He doesn't want to leave you and your two newest additions so he sends at least 10 grunts with very clear and explicit instructions to buy very specific items, chucks his wallet at them and tells them they have three hours to get everything.

And they do. They get everything you and Philippe need (plus some extras like Thing 1 and Thing 2 onesies and things he forgot like pacifiers and extra bedding). They also pick up cigars (so Philippe can celebrate "properly"), flowers for you (and some really good food) and a gift for girlie (they get her a really nice doll or something).

Philippe is so grateful for the grunts that went out and got everything the twins needed.

Philippe absolutely spoils his children. I'm talking big birthday parties, presents that they really wanted/align with their interests.

He will deadass get them expensive things. Like if your daughter has her ears pierced, he is getting her diamond earrings.

He 100% will let his kids take a bite of his food (he's a big guy with a big stomach, three little kids occasionally stealing bites off his plate won't bother him)

He makes it a point to start weekend traditions, I'm talking Friday movie night, Saturday morning pancakes, unplugged Sundays (Philippe makes it a point to be completely unavailable for the Rust syndicate on those days (occasionally Corbeau will join your family for these days because the kids love their uncle/godfather and he needs a break). The only time Philippe will go in on his days off is if it's a life or death emergency. Every other time? Tough shit. Philippe is spending time with his family.

Oh my god you're so right, the image of him getting diamond earrings for his daughter is so precious I'm melting dksjfshkjdfhksj I feel like he'd be really supportive of any body mods his children were interested in, he would not let them sneak out to get piercings he's taking them himself to a reputable place and helping them pick which ones would heal better.

Also that is SO CUTE I feel like he's offer a few bites to the kids too, especially if it's something really good. It'd help them try new foods more easily, especially when they're younger. It's not so scary to eat something new when daddy's right with them <3
