When you’re on your period Pluto will lightly freak out. He doesn’t like the idea of you in pain in general— it makes his stomach drop— but when you are literally bleeding out of areas you can’t just slap a bandaid on? He panics. Not in front of you but there’s a certain rush in his step when he tries to find any snacks or heatpads for you.
Pluto goes to Duke and Lenroe for advice because how tf does he make you feel better?! Will Duke tease him about it? Yes. But he’ll still help Pluto in the midst of his panic.
After you get your period for the first time while dating him, he makes sure to keep a pad with him at all times.
You know how cats purrs help make people happy? I feel like he would have the same thing if you cuddled him. He doesn’t purr (unless you get in his spectre form) but just laying with him is somehow enough to get the cramps away.
It also helps that he is oddly warm, not uncomfortably warm, just nice and toasty. If there's no heatpads nearby he’ll let you put his hands on your stomach. When you do that he will even give you a massage, he doesn’t even know he’s doing it, it just happens.
