👾 Marvin here!
Since Simplyplural announced its demise, we decided to stop using it immediately. We hate change. It was best to sever ties immediately to regulate as quickly as possible and find other solutions.
Unsatisfied with other apps, we took on the challenge of making our own within Notion. We use Notion for everything: writing, diary, therapy notes, fanfiction, book of shadows, literally everything. So. We wanted to see if we could keep the data in house.
This is what I came up with:
Its crude. It’s a bitch to set up. It’s not an optimal way to store fronting data. But holy shit I had a blast building it. And I love using it.
Idk if anyone would want to use this, but just in case it benefits even one other system out there, I am slowly turning it into a template.
If you’re interested in this project, I’d love to hear your thoughts. It would help motivate me to finish it.
