It seems that the migraines have only been getting worse, and not just them: the voices have been getting worse too. Sally hears voices of children. Not happy. Children who feel trapped, alone; Sally knows how it feels to be stuck and unable to escape, she knows how it feels to be lonely and hearing these children echo that pain just hurts her soul.
Then, out the the cacophony of ambiguous children’s voices materialises one she recognises: "No-no! Let me off!!"
