I love my typography teacher so much.
Today she saw my type specimen booklet for the first time and challenged me a bit: why wasn't I being more experimental and daring? She told me to be the designer I usually am and stop being so safe. She told me to look up House Industries, a type foundry that does work very similar to what I had been doing (apparently). I told her about PLINC, a Photo Lettering company that specialises in typed words as opposed to full alphabets, and told her I was inspired by what I had seen on there.
Turns out House Industries and PLINC are the same foundry.
