Wine # 2 of my series - wines that I import and sell in my wine store - is this beautiful and unique Croatian white wine. This 2015 Griffin Single Vineyard is a blend of 70% Muller-Thurgau and 30% Chardonnay. These grapes are sourced from a single vineyard in the wine region of Plešivica. While many of our wines are from Coastal Dalmatia, Plešivica is an inland (continental) region. ————————————————— This unique premium wine consists of the full-bodied freshness of Chardonnay and the fruitiness of the Muller-Thurgau variety. Besides beautiful floral and fruity aroma, it has a nice, harmonious and rounded body. The nose is appealing, elegant with strong floral and fruity aromas.
