Was it just a one time thing or do you still do the hcs for the cast? If so, how would the cast react to me react to me giving them a completely normal (slightly ugly) friendship bracelet I made myself and I told them they have to wear it during the next show?
Ty mercy!!
🦇: Oh, no I'd love to do more! Anyone can send in prompts! Thank you for asking :)
This is how I think the cast would react:
Pierrot: "Oh, my lady/lord/dear! This is the most beautiful gift I've ever received!" He smiles brightly, "of course I'll wear it to my next show! Then I'll wear it to the next, then the next, then the next... then forever..." I think Pierrot would go a little crazy over it, I can't lie. You know that scene in his tent after you eat and he comes up to you panting and spiraling? Yeah, I think that's how he'd react. I don't think that it's just a bracelet to him. It's a sign that you chose him, that he is the one you want. The only one. Forever. He'll never take it off. And no, he doesn't think it's ugly, he thinks it's the cutest thing ever.
(🦇: Is that what he uses for gender neutral mcs? Please correct me if I'm wrong!!)
Harlequin: "Ah, a gift? For me, dear one?" He takes it, looking at it closer. "This... this is stupid. You want me to wear it? Tch. Absolutely not. I could make better while blindfolded with my arms behind my back." I think that he would actually be really touched that you thought of him let alone sat down to make something for him but would absolutely tease you endlessly about your terrible craft skills. At his next show, you wouldn't be able to see it. When you try to leave, I think he'd grab your arm to show you he's wearing it under his sleeve before changing the topic to flustering you instead. After all, blush is the prettiest thing you could wear for him~
Doctor: "Dear, what is this? A bracelet?" He takes it, flipping it over in his palm. "Ah, isn't that sweet? Thank you, my dear. I do believe it's much too small for me though, sweetie..." I think that he would keep it but wouldn't put it on, not wanting to break it or dirty it with blood. He seems to be the type to preserve it, maybe put it in a case or trinket box. I think it's likely that he would frequently open the box just to stare/admire it. Maybe he'd take it out and just gently hold it for a little bit before putting it back. I definitely think he would check daily that it's still there and it hasn't been lost haha like a bird guarding their nest
Ticket Taker: "Sigh, what is it, dear guest? Oh... a gift? For me?" He pauses, scanning your face for any joke or hidden malice. "A bracelet? Great heavens, where did you buy this? It looks like a child made it. You made it? Oh." I don't think he'd put it on, but I don't see him throwing it out either. He'd probably tuck it away and forget about it. Would he wear it during his next show? No. Not at all. I don't see him even trying it on. He'd likely forget about it until he starts cleaning his desk and lifts like fifty papers covering it haha. I think he'd wipe off the dust and put it back to be forgotten again.
Jester: "Go away, human." He scoffs, "you have a gift? Fine. Let me see." He'd genuinely pause for a second, staring at your face. "Is this some kind of joke? This is the ugliest thing I've ever seen." I see him slapping it out of your hand or if you've already given it to him, he'd throw the bracelet back in your face. There is no chance in the slightest that he would even think about putting it on, especially during a show. I think Jester would genuinely be offended by it, even more so because a lowly human gave it to him. He'd sooner face a life of captivity all over again than wear something so low quality and made by a human hand.
As for Columbina... she doesn't have a show, so let's keep that in mind here
Columbina: "Oh, little dove! This is so sweet of you! Thank you!" She'd instantly put it on, "I should make a set so we can match more hihi! Do you have any beads left over?" She would absolutely love it and wear it happily. I think that she'd keep it on for her day to day life and take very good care of it, only taking it off to swim, shower, wash dishes, etc. Anything with water or any time it could get messed up/broken. I think that she would actually make you one too, genuinely wanting to have one made by you and one she made herself. If she had a show herself, she would wear it with joy, hoping to see you with yours in the crowd.
