Emma Isles is a main character in the Playgrand story. A former medical student, she's now the leader of the Crimson Spiders gang. From the slums, she joined the protest group known as "the Scarlet Web," made up mostly of relatives of people negatively impacted by White Pigeon, the mega-corporation that controls everything in Playgrand.

Emma was born to an addicted mother in the worst part of Playgrand, living amidst filth and with a mother whose only concern was getting more drugs, usually supplied by White Pigeon to profit from addicts. She had no qualms about leaving her nine-year-old daughter to care for her three-month-old twins. Emma had to grow up very quickly, witnessing the worst of it all. Even now, with a loving adoptive family that shaped her strong sense of justice, she still harbors a deep revulsion toward the filth and, above all, toward those allied with White Pigeon.

Emma's younger sister, Elva, died due to an arrangement her mother made when she was very young. The procedure ultimately cost Elva her life, and now her body is being held indefinitely by White Pigeon for "research purposes." Emma, ​​along with her surviving sister, Carmen, are trying everything in their power to recover their sister's body and give her a proper burial.

Emma is stubborn, headstrong, and very passionate. She wholeheartedly believes in the Scarlet Web's cause and becomes a significant figure within the movement, writing songs with her band about the city's current situation in a metaphorical way, empowering people through music.

Emma Isles es un personaje principal de la historia de Playgrave. Una ex estudiante de medicina, ahora lider de la banda Crimson Spiders, de los barrios bajos que se unio al grupo de protesta conocido como "la Red Escarlata" conformado mayormente por parientes de personas que fueron afectadas negativamente por White Pigeon, la super corporacion que maneja todo en Playgrand.

Emma nacio de una madre adicta en la peor parte de Playgrand, vivendo entre mugre y con una madre que solo le importaba conseguir mas drogas, normalmente dadas por White Pigeon para forrarse de los adictos, y no tenia problema en dejar a su hija de 9 años cuidando de sus gemelas de 3 meses. Emma tuvo que crecer muy rapido viendo lo peor de todos. Incluso ahora, con una familia adoptiva amorosa que moldeo su fuerte sentido de la justicia, ella sigue teniendo rechazo hacia la suciedad y, sobretodo, a aliados con White Pigeon.

La hermana menor de Emma, Elva, murio debido a un arreglo que habia hecho su madre cuando esta era muy pequeña, dicho procedimiento termino por costarle la vida a Elva y ahora su cadaver es retenido por White Pigeon debido a "fines de investigacion" por tiempo indefinido. Emma, junto a su hermana sobreviviente, Carme, estan tratando de hacer todo a su alcance para recuperar el cuerpo de su hermana y darle un entierro digno.

Emma es obstinada, terca y muy, muy pasional. Ella cree con todo su corazón en la causa de la Red Escarlata, a su vez que termina volviéndose una figura bastante relevante para el movimiento, mediante hacer canciones con la banda que tiene con sus amigos sobre la situacion actual de la ciudad, de forma metafórica, empoderando a la gente con la musica.

FINALMENTE PUBLICO A ESTOS DOS, los he estado guardando en mi bolsillo por mucho tiempo hasta que tuviera la historia perfecta para ellos, la cual finalmente esta en desarrollo. PLAYGRAVE.

Decidi cambiar el nombre y primicia de ALL WAYS TO DREAD y nacio asi una historia de distopia, bodyhorror, abuso intrafamiliar, todo lo que nos gusta. pero vamos a lo importante.

PlayGrand es una ciudad ficticia similar a San francokyo de Disney, solo que mucho mas oscura y deprimente, con vibras de Night City(Cyberpunk). Ahi la corporacion White Pigeon tiene una correa muy apretada sobre todos los negocios, autoridades, politicos, etc. volviendo la existencia de cualquiera que no sea de la clase alta dificil en el mejor de los casos y miserable en el peor.

No solo eso, sino que los esquemas de White Pigeon se estan volviendo cada vez mas y mas invasivos y peligrosos para la gente de PlayGrand (o como la gente empezo a llamarla, Playgrave), gente que es "ayudada" por White pigeon nunca vuelve a ser la misma, tienen alteraciones corporales dolorosas o que los alteran a un nivel casi monstruoso, o nunca se vuelven a ver.

esto termina generando tres bandos en la sociedad de Playgrave, los civiles, que solo quieren vivir en paz (e irse de Playgrave con suerte algun dia), las extenciones, que son quienes trabajan para White Pigeon para "neutralizar" al tercer grupo, las telañaras escarlata. un grupo protestante formado por familiares de victimas de White Pigeon que exigen justicia para sus seres queridos bajo el anonimato.

Ichiko e Ichika, sin embargo, no pertenecen a ninguno de estos grupos realmente. Ellos escaparon su casa abusiva solo para darse cuenta que no pueden salir facilmente de Playgrave, siendo su familia, los Ropumocha, asociados directos de White Pigeon, por lo que tendran muchos problemas para poder salirse con la suya esta vez.

I've finally published these two. I've been keeping them in my pocket for a long time until I had the perfect story for them, which is finally in development. PLAYGRAVE.

I decided to change the name and the scoop to ALL WAYS TO DREAD, and thus a story of dystopia, body horror, domestic abuse, everything we love was born. But let's get to the point.

PlayGrand is a fictional city similar to Disney's San FransoKyo, only much darker and depressing, with Night City (Cyberpunk) vibes. There, the White Pigeon Corporation has a very tight leash on all businesses, authorities, politicians, etc., making the existence of anyone who isn't upper class difficult at best and miserable at worst.

Not only that, but White Pigeon's schemes are becoming increasingly invasive and dangerous for the people of PlayGrand (or, as people began to call it, Playgrave). People "helped" by White Pigeon are never the same again, suffer painful or almost monstrous bodily alterations, or are never seen again.

This ultimately creates three factions in Playgrave society: the civilians, who just want to live in peace (and hopefully leave Playgrave someday); the extensions, who work for White Pigeon to "neutralize" the third group, the Scarlet Webbers, a Protestant group made up of families of White Pigeon victims who anonymously demand justice for their loved ones.

Ichiko and Ichika, however, do not actually belong to any of these groups. They escaped their abusive home only to realize they can't easily leave Playgrave. Their family, the Ropumocha, are close associates of White Pigeon, so they'll have a lot of trouble getting their way this time.
