Regarding controlling anger appropriately: the pres robed me an additional med for similar symptoms in me. I would get justly angry at colleague, but express it in unprofessional ways.w with the additional prescription, I still get angry, but I keep it to myself, reflect on it appropriately, and later respond in a more deliberated way.
I’m in mid 40s, am prescribed a stimulant, not extended release. The additional prescription that helps me control this is Geodon - ziprasidone I think it is called in generic form. It has side effects and a lot of interaction problems.
But I function and progress along my chosen trajectory.
Here is drugs.com on Geodon:
Geodon (ziprasidone) is an antipsychotic medication. It works by changing the effects of chemicals in the brain.
Geodon is used to treat schizophrenia and the manic symptoms of bipolar disorder (manic depression) in adults and children who are at least 10 years old.
Geodon may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. (Source)
