One of the most delicious sandwich focaccia I ever taste in my short life 🤤

📍Located on the lively Place d'Aligre (XIIth arrondissement) - one of my favourite places in Paris - Salvo Olio e Vino is a very nice little Italian grocery shop with amazing products from all over the country. There is also a selection of wine available in bulk 🍷

👨🏻‍🍳This place is hold by Silvio, a Sicilian agronomist that also makes focaccia sandwiches right in front of you. 

🏷️ On the blackboard you will find more than 15 different focaccia that he prepares with love and lots of olive oil. All the cheeses and ham that he put in the focaccia look excellent

I tried the vegetarian sandwich with artichokes, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms and the Provolone (a slightly smoky, strong-tasting cheese), tomato tapenade.

🌟 It is just incredible!!!!!!!! If I could, I would go back every week 👀

💰One focaccia sandwich is between 6.4€ and 10€ For the two we ate, we paid 13€
