Planet: Xer Prominent Species: Xeryn

On the planet Xer, there is no language, only telepathic communication. It’s difficult for Xeryns to communicate with those on New America for that reason, but some have managed to teach themselves human languages.

PEGASI 2593

Named such by the humans that discovered the planet nearly forty years ago, prior to that the Xolani called their planet ‘Home’ but with humans sprawling through the galaxies that all changed. They accepted every single change that was thrown in their direction, abided the Confederation wide laws, but they grew tired of being side-lined. The last straw came when their representative for the Confederation was assassinated, this was no accident it was an act of war—and war they got. The war was started by neighbouring planet Tura and it went on for decades, losses accumulating high on both sides. Until eventually a meeting was held by the Confederation, the Xolani had launched the first battleship so it was them who paid the debt.

Navy ships from across the galaxies gathered and on the count of One, Two, Three—the planet was destroyed. The ships provided enough gun power to disarm the planet, lurking outside of its atmosphere and out of reach the planet’s intelligence server until the strike hit. But the power truly came from wicked little bombs called HEXVEAN, just five was enough to destroy and perish all life on Pegasi 2593—bombs powerful enough to take out an entire continent on Earth. They left enough radiation behind that it wouldn’t be inhabitable again for centuries.

Before that fateful day the planet was stunning, lush flora covering the land and fauna that was largely left untouched—the Xolani were and always had been strict on their poaching. All purely for population control. The atmosphere of Pegasi 2593 was not unlike Earth itself and all life upon the planet, like Earth, was carbon based.

XOLANI

The Xolani are not too dissimilar to the Ovanx, at first glance, they share the same tall muscular frames and humanoid appearances. Their features are sharp and defined, often with vibrant eye colours and have a slight glow under the right lighting. The key different between the Xolani and Ovanx is that the former are a female only species and from birth they are battle-ready. For centuries the population have been born from an artificial womb, each woman upon reaching maturity donates her eggs and is prepared for training. Whether they chose to go into a battle program, medical or any of the other programs offered was down to the individual—no-one was ever forced against their will. But for many it was an honour to receive their first battle suit, fitted and designed purposefully for the individual.
