These quick pizza toasts are a tasty and simple way to snack. Just what you need to quickly satisfy your pizza cravings!

Ingredients: 4 slices of bread. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers red and green. 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Fresh basil leaves for garnish. Olive oil for brushing.

Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Put the bread slices on a baking sheet. Spread a little olive oil on each piece of bread. Place a big spoonful of pizza sauce on each slice. Cover the sauce with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese. Place the pepperoni, olives, and bell pepper slices on top of the cheese. Spread the dried oregano and garlic powder out evenly on top of the other ingredients. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit. Add some fresh basil leaves as a garnish. Cut the pizza toasts in half or four pieces. Enjoy while hot!
