Soleil still keeps her brown hair while Luna gets hers changed, which shows that the purple hair that pix had in awakening was another form of magical hair change LMAO.

Actually, surprisingly, Pix asks to be a friend! It's. Slightly complicated. And when inigo is properly recruited to their little group, the two just kept hanging out and too late you're book besties. Music ears. Gift partners.

Inigo slowly stops flirting with others on purpose. He doesn't even realize he does it until it's pointed out and it gets almost awkward but they manage to push through it! With the power of being awkward friends. Ignore the big blinding crush that is slowly suffocating them :D

Can any fire emblem fans who were around before ao3 was a well known thing remember those self insert fics where it was like. The self insert was surprised at differences in the shepherds. They had to train. Canon divergences and Big Issues and actual mission planning that could go wrong and world building and shit like that

Or was it just two big fics. Whatever. That inspired me and my ideas about how my fire emblem self insert's story went

That is to say... she (self insert pronouns) met inigo while out in a town her mercenary band, the Moths, recently protected from some Risen. She took advantage of her knowledge of how Inigo was at first to get free food, and then decided to recruit him, because at that point one of the other future kids was already recruited by the Moths, what's another one?
