What an incredible group yesterday 14/15 people, half kids half adults. Wide range of ages and backgrounds all uniting together to help improve the #community fantastic. As well as improve their own wellness, as well as their friends & families, and those most at need. During our activities we can offer support and initial befriending to assist anyone and ensure we remain fully inclusive to anyone looking to attend, our group is YOUR group. @freshcommunitywellness is a community group open to anyone who wants to attend, no barriers, no judgements, open to all. Volunteer run with guests and volunteers from all over #Aberdeen as well as local residents from #Seaton #pittodrie #linksfield brilliant indeed Lots of dangerous items including 3 needles, drugs paraphernalia, glass, used condom's and over 7 bags of rubbish collected. We will soon be starting gardening, painting, planting, DIY, building and lots more for our @ksbscotland it's your neighborhood project so please let us know if you can help, or if you want your ideas heard. Incredible session Saturday. One of #seaton local businesses will lead the way by sponsoring a bench! Then we have the local Sikh temple hopefully doing one of the corners the empty green spaces. @freshcommunitywellness intend on doing all the corners including seating areas, kids areas, mature areas, wildflowers, and also an allotment.
