Craig is a school bully and Pip is a bullied school child. Their relationship on the playground is likely to be contentious. Luckily for Craig, Pip doesn’t seem to hold a grudge against people for disliking him and so if Craig were to give him a chance, Pip would probably welcome his friendship openly.

They don’t have a lot in common but I think they would both be cuddle friendly. I could see Pip nattering on about his day while Craig listened patiently. Craig has a loving family and I’m sure Pip would love to consider Tricia his little sister if only because he wants a family.

After they’ve bonded, it’s likely that Craig would feel bad about bullying him but whether or not he admits to those feelings will depend on how open he feels. I think their relationship would mostly be defined by the quiet moments that they spend feeling happy in the warmth of another.

Pip gives daily hugs, hello pecks, and goodbye kisses. Craig initially finds it weird but quickly begins to depend on that consistent affection

Pip spoils Craig with gifts despite his poor background, Craig feels guilty about this and begins to shower Pip with gifts

Craig starts calling Pip “Phillip” to let him know he’s in love

Pip has a daily calendar with phrases and philosophies that he shares with Craig, Craig’s the type to believe in horoscopes so he buys into them pretty easily
