Fermented using Urkel from Imperial Yeast this czech yeast lends to a very clean and crisp rice lager. 🗒 Crispy clean and a tad bit snappy. I had to kickoff my first kayak of the season with a lager. This one was certainly an adventure. All my carp chasing has caught up to me and I got broadsided by the biggest grass carp I’ve ever seen before. We were traveling perpendicular to each other and it tried to leap over the kayak and nailed me in the face. Do you know how big grass carp are😅Later on an eagle soared overhead.
