Ingredients: 1 pre-made tart crust. 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 3 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix until well combined.
