Decided to use the @pillow_app last night to monitor my sleeping pattern with Freya's disturbances. 8 times she woke me last night between 1am - 7am. This had me awake for an hour and a half spread across those 6 hours. I would much prefer to spend an hour and a half with her awake and wanting to be fussed over then the 5/10/15 minutes here and there continuously disrupting my sleep. I feel like my nights are just a series of naps and it's starting to get very exhausting especially as she slept so well for the first 4 months 😔. She will sleep from 9pm-1am with no issues, but after that it's game over.
