I think it’s an interesting proposition! It actually makes some sense as a pairing. He would definitely have a crush on her from a distance for a long time, and he’s quite nervous about approaching her on it, since she’s the daughter of the de-facto Garrison commander. Pidge is actually the leader in the relationship, and the one who initiates most things, which she quite enjoys.
