I need to vent that yesterday I was going to watch Notre-Dame de Paris musical with my theater kid bestie and I was so excited but then I realized that the video of the musical with portuguese subtitles was now unavailable and I simply can't find it full anywhere on the internet 😢 it probably got copyrighted, and I just can't find another full version subtitled in my first language, I am so upset, I loved that video, you just don't understand I am physically WEEPING

The Re-opening Ceremony of Notre-Dame de Paris was as grandiose and beautiful as the expertly restored Cathedral. I feel so proud and so intensely moved by the care and dedication of the thousands of artisans who worked, as in the centuries of yore to bring and breathe the monument back to life and its glorious beauty! And to sing Le Temps des Cathédrales alongside Garou --whose voice is still as glorious as when we saw him in the musical in the 1990s!-- was quite special indeed!

Perhaps I’m nostalgic... Well, certainly I am nostalgic. It is a feeling I find both comfort and motivation in, so I embrace it wholeheartedly. Thus, I am nostalgic, and I have been listening to heaps of songs I loved when I was younger lately. I used to sing Seul at the top of my lungs when it first came out twenty years or so ago. But of course, I was fourteen or fifteen then, and I did not understand it. Not as well as I do today, at least! So I still sing in chorus with Garou, for I do not mind nostalgia, but at the moment, I am feeling a bit lonely...
