As the road trip came to an end and all the pie tasting is over, another exciting thing is happening...Nicole has starting baking for the National Championships taking place tomorrow! For now, I'll leave you with a photo from the pie tasting at Pie Lab, in Greensboro, Alabama.

Driving through Texas...lots of flat land and things that are really big.
Drove through the most amazing hills of northern Arizona yesterday. Hills of cactus as far as we could see. We stopped and slept in Quemado, NM. We woke up to this stunning landscape and are now about to eat at Largo cafe with some locals.
