Pineapple, Cayenne, Cilantro Salad
This a mid week pic-me-up post. It is not even a recipe, but a combination of ingredients that will make your mouth sing in delight. Spicy cayenne, sweet, juicy pineapple, and fresh cilantro are and odd combo for sure, but when I stumbled upon this website, I new it was one to put to the test. Delicious, yes! Fresh, yes! A must try, for sure!
To make you don't need to really measure ingredients, but feel it out as you go. Feeling adventurers? Add more cayenne. Feeling fresh? Add more cilantro! Cut 1 cup fresh pineapple into chunks, sprinkle with a dash of cayenne, flaky sea salt, and a drizzle of olive oil. Add a several chopped cilantro leaves, and mix with a spoon. Eat immediately!
Enjoy.
