"Snacks are a good idea. I'm prepping the grill. How do you like your steaks?" Israel asked as he tied the apron around his waist, getting ready to cook for them both.

     “ Oooh you’re making steak!?” Sasha all but drooled knowing Israel was going to be making steaks on the grill to top it all off! God how long has it been since she’s had a good steak? And Israel’s steaks were nothing to sneeze at either!

| 猫 |—         Having a sister as a singer was one thing but her being allowed to travel whenever she wished for entertainment was another. Felix wasn't willing to miss out on going on another trip again; it always seemed the older of the Brando daughters always timed her travels for when the younger couldn't attend, knowing exactly what the outcome was going to be.

This. This was the outcome.

The two girl stood at the village gates, checking their bags were packed with all they needed, Felix chatting away to her old squad mates who now resided at the gates' main desk. It seemed they had everything they needed. Well. Almost everything.

"Dad hires ANBU protection and they're late. We should've left by now!" Felix simply rolled her eyes; as much as she loved her sister by Kami was she a diva sometimes. Felix scanned around, trying to note a presence she didn't recognise. Nothing. Everyone was familiar.

This wait was about to get all the more painful.

"Why, you want another gift, Frey? Guess I can find you another gift..." Every year, Jean was lucky enough to be spoiled by his dear ol' mom with new boots for the job. And not everyone had a god damn mom like Jean did. Really, he should spread the wealth around.

Jean's attention is only so focused, just to watch the birthday boy as he tries the fire whiskey. He roars with laughter.

On a surprisingly warm day, Midnight decided that she would take a little stroll throughout the forest she resided in. It had been a long while since she had done so, and never had she wondered this far away from the heart of the woods. Well, except for one particular time. She reflected a lot on that one time she met with the human around her age. She really did enjoy it, and despite her people’s fear, The Satyrian was more than happy to show him around. It felt...nice, to talk to the other. She was older now, around 19, and much more aware of the danger she could have put her people in just by showing him around.

Since then, The Satyrian had yet to see him once more. Maybe he was busy? Or perhaps his family moved out of town? Or the supernatural--!

She’d...rather not dwell on the last bit. 

Krista asks the soldier beside her with wide eyes, still on the lookout for any titans that could show up. She’d been so lost in thought - wondering why the mission had seemed to change so suddenly, whether everyone was okay... that she’d completely lost track of her surroundings. So when she heard Israel muttering under his breath, just quietly enough that she can’t quite hear it, it startles her a little.

Arsenal fired yet another arrow into a Nazi attacker, killing him. Earth X made a mistake messing with them. He had been given permission to use lethal arrows and force by his mentor Green Arrow, and oddly enough the other teen titans. Then again, this was a war. He was shocked to see them joined by a girl with earth powers, who identified herself as Terra. He was more shocked when he saw a guy with weaponized arms join in. He flipped his way over to him.
