After photographing #embrunman a few days ago, it was time to get back to some fitness.. At 1600m, the ski resort at #thollonlesmemises near where we're staying looked like a nice challenge.. With 770m positive ascent it was a lung buster, but definitely worth the short term pain. Glad I did the 12km round trip along the ridge and up to #PicoLesMemises ...
